We have multiple duplex models. We develop duplex builds where possible in the Berkeley, Lo Hi, and Sunny Side Neighborhoods. These models provide a maximization of floor space possible for the given lot according to zoning rules. Smaller footprints and smaller price tags are only part of it. We still take great pride in our use of some of the same luxury finishes you will find in our higher end products.
