We have multiple duplex models. We develop duplex builds where possible in the Berkeley, Lo Hi, and Sunny Side Neighborhoods.  These models provide a maximization of floor space possible for the given lot according to zoning rules. MULTI FAMILY

In areas of Denver that call for more units per lot, we stand out from other builders with our designs and finishes. We have 6 plex, 5 plex and 4 plex with 2 front back duplex designs.  Smaller footprints and smaller price tags are only part of it. We still take great pride in our use of some of the same luxury finishes you will find in our higher end products.
